Event Management

Rockley Park has a vast amount of subscribers to break event news to. Before any of their seasonal events could be made public, they needed to ensure that they had set in place a system that would be logical to cope with ticket demand.

Event management has traditionally been a very technical aspect of web development – the need for large numbers of people to register their interest, store personal details securely and purchase tickets whilst staying updated for the latest bits of news, all leads to a potentially stressful build process.

Not with our Halo Effect though, and by creating a mix of templates and highly sophisticated plug-ins we created a series of events pages where visitors could sign in and book tickets for their whole holiday season. On the other side of things Rockley were happy as tickets were sold in an organised fashion with all of the relevant details in the correct places.
