Site Fees Mailer

Bourne Leisure have 23,000 Holiday Home Owners situated across their 34 Holiday Parks in the UK. Each Owner has a complicated account which includes utilities bills, sublet income, service fees and insurance.

Every month we manage the mailing and collation of the Owners Statement Mailing and individual Park Magazine.

In October, the main site fee mailing is sent. This single mailing is responsible for generating over £70 million of fees and income. The timing of the mailing is vital to the success of the campaign. Each individual mailing pack must contain 7 unique elements, and 23,000 packs must be collated in a 48 hour period.

We take the responsibility of sending out this crucial revenue stream very seriously. The Bourne Leisure team and Halo are in their 4th year of working together.
