Toby is Head of Digital Services at Halo. Having worked for a number of local design and marketing agencies, Toby spent four years "in the wild" as a creative freelance designer, living on scraps of html and fending off wild, floating div tags with nothing more than a bluetooth mouse and a rolled up copy of .net magazine.
